Nylon Hammer Drive Anchor

Nylon hammer drive anchor is a nail-in expansion fastener for concrete and masonry. Made of tough nylon sleeve with zinc plated steel nail. Fast installation just by hammering. Ideal for light-duty fixing of cable clips, trunking and small fittings.

Nylon hammer drive anchors, also known as nylon nail-in anchors, are one-piece expansion fasteners made of high-quality nylon with a matching steel nail. Simply hammer the nail into the anchor body to expand the nylon sleeve inside pre-drilled holes, creating a firm grip in masonry, concrete, brick and hollow block. Quick and easy installation without special tools, widely used for mounting light fixtures, cable clips, signs and decorative materials.

Key Features

  • Nylon Expansion Sleeve: Good toughness, shock resistance, insulation and anti-corrosion, will not rust like metal anchors.
  • One-Piece Design: Anchor and nail are assembled together, convenient for storage and operation.
  • Simple Hammer-In Installation: Insert into pre-drilled hole, strike the steel nail to expand the sleeve and lock firmly.
  • Steel Nail: Hardened carbon steel nail for high tensile strength; zinc plated for rust resistance.
  • Multiple Sizes: Full range of diameters and lengths to fit different wall thicknesses and load requirements.
  • Wide Compatibility: Works in solid brick, concrete, stone, hollow block and aerated concrete.

Applications

  • Mounting cable clips, plastic trunking, light switches and small electrical accessories
  • Fixing decorative boards, small signs, picture frames and light-duty brackets
  • Indoor general light-weight fixing in concrete and masonry substrates Note: For heavy load or overhead safety mounting, please select heavy-duty metal anchors.
