Hex washer head self-drilling screws are integrated fasteners combining hex head, built-in washer, full thread and drill point. They can drill, tap and secure thin metal in one continuous operation without pre-drilling pilot holes. The integrated washer provides a large sealing and bearing surface to distribute clamping force, prevent pull-through and protect metal coatings. Preferred for metal roofing, wall cladding, light steel construction and outdoor metal assembly projects.

Installation Tips
- Keep the driver perpendicular to the metal surface during drilling.
